My version of this album has all of the above identifiers but also has P. USA printed on the dead wax on each side. Do I have the US version or the UK/EU version as stated above?

This is without a doubt a strong effort from the Foo Fighters, but that's exactly the main problem with it, it's nothing but that, a strong effort. Compared to 2011's Wasting Light, Sonic Highways may seem like an outtakes album rather than a completed work, it's almost as if the Foo just released this to tease the fans a little until they actually put out another "proper" album. Don't get me wrong though, I found it to be a very enjoyable listen, it has some fantastic songs on it (Outside, In The Clear and I Am The River being the standout tracks for me) but it never really explodes, it never really gets anywhere...at least not until the last two songs, which conveniently fade out into one another, creating a truly beautiful moment. I feel like the way they close the album, the very last notes on I Am A River, are completely out of place though. They could have continued with a beautiful string section on the outro, but they just...finish too quickly (in my humble opinion...yes, I know the song is 7 minutes long, but I can't help but think that if they had added a closing string section, by this I mean just continuing with the beautiful string arrangements they had for a little longer, the album would have been much more emotive)

If you're a casual listener, and want a decent rock album, then I highly suggest you get this, but if you're a hardcore Foo Fighters' fan, then this might let you down a bit...but just a bit.

Plus the full picture. So 10 covers in all.
