Great album, absolutely terrible pressing. Poorly mastered and very noisy.

If you enjoy the band as much as I do just buy a copy already! It’s worth it for the bonus track alone honestly. Since the deluxe version was taken off streaming you might as well just own this version if you’re gonna get it on physical!

Love the album but the sound on this vinyl press is dreadful. Flat, lacking any clarity or space between instruments, especially the drums. Sounds to me like a lossy digital file.

This version on Vinyl sound amazing!! for sure is not the modern sound that we are used to hear in new records (I think this was intended), but I think the mix and mastering and final sound result are perfect for this kind of music

One of the worst sounding vinyls i've ever heard. Sad because I enjoy pretty much everything Cedric and Omar have done.

By far my favorite album of 2014. This is a far cry from what we are used to from Omar and Cedric, but somehow still retains the musical badassery we've grown to expect from the duo. I would describe ANTEMASQUE as a psychedelic-surf-punk album on steroids. The band manages to rock incredibly hard but without ever becoming abrasive, and the vocals are well written, catchy, and very easy to sing along with. Some of Cedric's best lyrics in my opinion. The lone weak spot of the album is "50,000 Kilowatts", while each of the other nine tracks are all worthy of the title of 'best song' on the album.

I was really hoping for a lot more than a black-only vinyl release of this. I would've paid a ridiculously high price and pre-ordered this album on limited edition vinyl but right now I guess I'm content with the digital files I got from the original July 1st release and hopefully something more exciting will be pressed.

I can't wait to hear SOMETHING about a vinyl release of this album!!
