Who in 1980 would know about these 13 year old discs? Someone old that is and a music fan, It was the late Lee Wood he of Cambridge. He even inserted the S in Barrett and nicked Poppy Productions seen on the One in a Million MGM label.referencing Chocolate Soup For Diabetics (LP, Compilation, Unofficial Release, Mono, Blue Relics label) LSD 1
without a doubt one of the greatest psychedelic comps ever made! not a dull track across the set - One In A Million, Tintern Abbey, Dantalian's Chariot, Apple, Fresh Windows...just a wonderful assortment of songs! yeah the sound quality is a little scratchy and almost every song has been reissued elsewhere on albums such as Rubble and Nuggets, but the lo-fi is just part of the experience! i cannot recommend this compilation enough.referencing Chocolate Soup For Diabetics (LP, Compilation, Unofficial Release, Mono, Blue Chocolate Soup labels) LSD 1

Slightly later release of vol. 1 with red labels was from 1981 as vol.2. referencing Chocolate Soup For Diabetics (LP, Compilation, Unofficial Release, Mono, Blue Relics label) LSD 1
Richard, glad you like the record I put together all those years ago. and track B7 was recorded in 1966 in a local studio in Cambridge and was never released. I was only responsible for the first three issues of the series. The follow up was going to be called number six and based on the 60' s TV series The Prisoner but I never finished it.

This record changed my life. Unsurpassable. Don't care if it's speeded up. No Rubble etc vol had such an impact on me. 2 & 3 were great too but this rules. If you don't know the music on here go remedy.
