Found a copy of this at a Goodwill, and both side one and side two have identical side one labels. Anyone else have a copy like this?

All I can say, if you can afford it buy it. I’ve never heard this record better on any other pressing. It sounds absolutely insane. Crank it loud for best enjoyment

Fantastic, explosive pressing of Rush's first album, this uncredited Masterdisk cut is. Bass is heard note-for-note, guitar is massive and intense, drums are snappy and clear, and vocals aren't sibilant at all. I've never heard the G.K. or HW Masterdisk cuts, nor have I heard the original Sterling cut, but this reissue is well worth seeking out.
This Howie Weinberg (HW) mastering kicks @$$! It's dynamic yet loud, and sounds like this album should sound!
What plates or sources did the GZ plant use if Sean Magee’s initials are not in the deadwax?- Can’t seem to match my copy to the 2023 European repress on Discogs. My matrix is similar to the 2014 European variant but does not have the GZ website stamped in the matrix like the 2014. My matrix.

The pressing quality is fantastic and it’s CD silent so pretty impressed for GZ. Just wish I knew how it compared with the US 2014 with the original Moon label matrix and Sean Magee’s stamp. - Edited 8 months agoCan’t seem to match my copy to the 2023 European repress on Discogs.
