Reviews
- rock solid 3x12 but the pressing was ....way too raw* for my tastes - especially the B and D sides, which were my fave were full of loud junk - the only other copy Ive heard wasnt better so I really wouldnt pay the "going price" before listening to the copy in question.
this aint cheap - dont get robbed too easy.
a german reissue would make sense here. - Nothing that special honestly. i know thats not the common opinion. Im a huge fan of the song Suburban Knight - Cargo Cult,. wish they would expand on that kind of sound.
- The tracks has been mislabelled on the digital versions. I don't know this is the same story though.
- Edited 3 years ago'Moor Horseman On Bolarus 5', which is a great track in itself, seems inspired by Aphrodite's Child - 'The Wedding Of The Lamb' from the psychedelic 666 album.
- I heard a copy of this in early 1997. There is a copy that was released earlier than 1998? I know it was '97 as I was still living in Sydney at the time and didn't see the person who played it to me again for another 12yrs.
- Edited 5 years agoWell on better hearing I disagree with myself..... This album has the best run out grooves (When it comes to the end) Locked.. Keep it locked! Its amazing what you hear when you are influenced in a gentle way............. The Underground way and darkest sound are there for a reason...It ain't fluffy....IN.......... 2019 ;)
- Andre Holland Unabomber . Now this IS my kind of music! Dark, moody, brooding, melancholy, intelligent, autism, suspect, traveling, distant, sound wave, terra incognita, mysterious, dark black ominous clouds, skudding, waxing moon, foreboding, deep, inpena-treble with pylon bass electrical fizziness...... I think? I do ;) Voodoo Hoodoo music ;) And the rest of this l.p. is stellar!
- It's all about C1, Perception - Mirage; all are great tracks, but that one alone is worth every penny
