Ryley Walker – Primrose Green

sad to report that my brand new sealed copy is in line with most of the reviews below. warped and a visible scratch on the vinyl, probably one of the worst shape new LPs i've ever received. a real shame because the music is excellent, glad Raw Dawg has taken matters into his own hands as of late

Terrible pressing! Lots of bumps, crackles and surface noise, clearly visible dirty stains!
Almost like listening to a gravel road pressed on vinyl!

Really disappointed with the quality of this press. Absolutely love this album, and it’s a shame the LP sounds so terrible.

How does this pressing sound to you? Ten words needed.

Mine came super warped and just generally not as fantastic-sounding as this album deserves. Disappointing!

Problematic pressing. Although mine has almost no noise, it did come with an off center spindle hole. The pitch wobbles up and down in tracks near the middle groove.

Audible and very visible scratch all the way through side one + scuffing - going back. Quality control obviously not great here. Great music deserves a better pressing plant.

This is a noisy pressing - both sides. Not enough to take away from the listening experience IMO but enough to notice the quality of the vinyl could have been much better....

There's also a standard version with the black sticker [not the golden] with the green vinyl as well

Way more than 150 pressed. The misunderstanding came from Bullmoose's announcement that they had 150 of the green copies to sell. I'd say the pressing number is closer to the 1000 range.
