how does this compare to the mofi pressing? Better, worse or about the same?

Holy moly! This pressing is outstanding! I've owned the CD for years, graduated to a used vinyl version, then I bought this version. It beats them all. There are echos within "Underground" I never knew existed. All of the songs pop out of the speakers and there is NO surface noise whatsoever. "Down By The Sea" sounds like an entirely new song thanks to this pressing. It's pricey but well worth the money if you're a Men At Work fan or just want to show off your stereo and provide a demo why vinyl is better!

Any idea why MOV chose to print the cover in black and white?

This is a great pressing and an awesome album. For some reason, this is one of my favorite albums. I listen to it and just smile. I would recommend it to anyone who wants some unique music.

Does this sound any good? It's currently on sale at JB Hi-Fi and I've been looking for a good used copy for a while.

Considering Men At Work only had one number 1 in the UK and the other hits didn't even get in the Top 20, you would think this album would be just one hit and loads of filler. You'd be wrong. All songs are very well written and performed. I'm surprised that they didn't do better in the singles market. This album made number one in the British charts though. This is definitely a legendary album that should never be forgotten.

I can not believe that 'Discogs' allows posting of release's with no identifiers...WTF!!?

In my opinion, it doesn't sound bad - but it is the only MOFI I've ever sold because of the extent that I preferred the original pressing.

On my copy of this album, the staging is great, there is lots of room between the instruments. My only complaint is that it's a little bright; the highs are a little tinny.
