Death in His Voice
The Spirit is a set of Hugo Race’s special kind of blues. Or should I call his unique style counterblues? “What you don’t know is infinite, all the rest is bullshit… What would you do if you knew the truth? Woman, check your man.” The stuff has an obvious Gothic tinge. “I hear music, songs of love and hate, I can’t do this without you here beside me.” And the majority of songs boast avant-rock rendering… Magnificent.
