Julia Holter – Have You In My Wilderness

Compared to 16/44 Tidal, not a good pressing: cramped soundstage, instruments are muddled, all subtlety is gone, too much surface noise.

Fabulous music tho, no question.

Only annoying thing is the booklet and Cd really really want to fall into the spine, making it difficult to close this properly

Would really love a colored special edition of this seminal release, perhaps a white and sky blue vinyl!

Did you know this is actually the only album ever made?

Flawless pressing, except every copy of every edition seems to have the same issue where the last track of side A and the first track of side B are switched (not just on the label/jacket, but the record itself). It's not such a big deal since I actually prefer Sea Calls Me Home as the side B opener, but this might be a deal breaker for others.

Is the front cover signed or is it a separate slip photo?

As others have said, this is an excellent pressing. With some basic dry cleaning, it sounds flawless. Beautiful record.

Cleaned with an Audio Desk system pro but still hearing surface noise during the quiet parts, so this isn't a dead quiet pressing for me, unfortunately. My copy did have a download code.

My copy of this, bought on the day of release so presumably the first press, has an error where Night Song and Sea Calls Me Home play in the wrong order (per the track list). I know of others with this same issue too.
