Thoughts About The Music Itself: Good
Well this record is a tad better than Justified to me but even here there is still a lot of playboy lover talk which really just isn't my cup of tea anymore. Luckily enough most of the tracks are rather catchy and sometimes even mix up the atmosphere since it really isn't all just lover balad Pop. SexyBack is probably one of my favorite tracks but What Goes Around... is also great. Definitely was the right decision to make Timbaland produce almost the entire record.

Well, it is rather similar to Justified but 2 tracks did have noticeable brickwalling to me that border on loudness war. The rest is totally fine so I give it a pass.

Really impressed with the audio quality on this one. Classic album.

I don’t think a vinyl record can get better than this one in terms of sound quality! It’s dead silent, SUPER dynamic and detailed and the bass and treble etc. are all dialed in to perfection! Every time I listen to this pressing I am shocked at how good it is!

Dead silent pressing! Heavy and full sounding bass, sharp treble without it being too overt, very clean. Records are a stylish black & white marble, silver foil stamp numbered on back cover, gatefold jacket feels nice and not filmsy.

#1 checking in, that’s right #1 !! The sound on flat eq is phenomenal! Heavy Bass without overwhelming the vocals, radio hits obviously go hard but I’m surprised by the songs I skipped through on CD how much they stand out now.

Amazing sounding pressing. Very little to no surface noise. One of my favorite pressing of all time. Next to ready to die it’s the best VMP pressing I’ve heard.

there is a lot of emphasis on the bass in this master, but otherwise it does sound pretty amazing. little to no surface noise on the vinyl, but not completely devoid of the occasional pop n click. like most pressings from this time period/company, its off centre and not completely flat. i had to force the record on because the spindle hole was so small.
as for the music, this is truly one of my favourite albums ever. not to discredit JT at all, but Timbalands production is really the star here. Absolutely pick this up if you are into this kind of music, its worth it.

Heads up ... I received a record with two copies of disc one. Hopefully mine was the only one like that but I doubt it.
