Non fills on side one. Audibly pressed off centre on side two. What a shame!

This has been well mastered but MPO didnt press it well enough. If only Far Out did a CD version too like most of their reissues

Minha cópia apresentou ruído superficial (um "craquelado") no lead-in groove e nos momentos iniciais de cada lado, sendo mais nítido na faixa B1, que é mais delicada do que a faixa A1. Faixa A3 apresentou alguns estalos repetidos e facilmente perceptíveis.

A masterização, por outro lado, é incrível. E o projeto gráfico da Três Selos, sempre competente (o estúdio Bloco Gráfico segue assinando), também não desaponta. O mock-up do site é bem diferente da cor do disco em si (até o momento, é indicado como creme, opaco; mas o disco é translúcido com um leve marble laranja), mas é uma cor bonita e que combina com o projeto no geral.

Um conhecido não teve qualquer problema em sua cópia, infelizmente no meu caso não me foi dada a oportunidade de trocar e testar uma nova.

My copy presented some surface noise on the lead-in groove, both sides, easier to notice on track B1, since this one's quieter than A1. Track A3 also presented some repeated pops easily noticeable.

The mastering, on the other hand, is amazing. The graphic project (still signed by the design studio Bloco Gráfico, I believe), as always with Três Selos, doesn't disappoint. The mock-up on their site is quite different from the actual disc (until now, it's advertised as an opaque cream colored disc, but the disc itself is clear with a yellow tint and some orange marble), although it's quite beautiful and fitting to the overall design.

An acquaintance of mine didn't experience any issues with his copy, sadly I wasn't granted the possibility of a replacement.

ATUALIZAÇÃO [UPDATE] 03/07/2022:
2ª cópia testada (agora com uma Pro-Ject X2), apresentou os mesmos pontos de atenção mas em menor grau (faixas A1, A3 e B1). Dito isso, a 2ª cópia teve questões adicionais, com estalos fortes na faixa A2. Após limpeza profunda, atualizarei caso tenha sido sujeira nos sulcos.

A 2nd copy was tested, now with a Pro-Ject X2, and it presented the same issues on the very same tracks (A1, A3 and B1). It also presented some stronger pops on track A2. After wet cleaning it, I'll update this post in the case of dust/residue being the cause.

There is a 2020 repress of the 2017 issue. Sounds and looks great.

100% extraordinary album, full of great music from start to finish. The first and last tracks are my favorite. I wish it gets a proper repress one day.

Apparently Cascavel was the last track ever played at Plastic People, 3rd Jan 2015.

Gutted I couldn't make it to the place that introduced me to this track. Sad times all round: No more Plastic. Southport is also gone. Things are changin...
