I ultrasonically cleaned mine and still get pops. There are no visible scratches on any of the LPs. I see people are saying no pops on theirs, I wish I could say the same. Anyone else notice pops, or am I the odd one out?

The box set is really nice with great sound quality. Does anone one know who did the vinyl mastering or Lacquer cutting for this? The matrix etchings on mine has letters BM? The side D1 though (The Longships side) on my copy is off centered by quite a bit giving the wow and flutter. Not sure it that is just my copy. Does anyone else have that side off centered?

This set is gorgeous and sounds amazing. Sturdy box, gatefolds, and printed inners. No surface noise, the discs are flat. 10/10- 6 x LP vinyl box set pre-order in the works now. Set looks deluxe.
Edited 19 years ago"A Box Of Dreams" is the biggest collection of songs ever released by Enya. Not an integral: there are a couple of tracks missing, most of them from Enya's first album "The Celts" - "To Go Beyond I & II", "Fairytale", "Epona", "Triad", "Bard Dance", "Dan Y Dwr". Also not included are "Storms In Africa II" from "Watermark", "How Can I Keep From Singing" from "Shepherd Moons", and "Once You Had Gold" from "The Memory Of Trees". The absence of these tracks are conpensated with the inclusion of rare B-Sides such as "Eclipse" or "Morning Glory".
The good things to be said: The music is what you could expect from Enya: new age with a Celtic touch. Very calm. Very moody. The first CD is mainly composed of her greatest hits, while the two others are composed of less known tracks which are nonetheless very strong in general ("La Soñadora", "Evening Falls" for example). The "box" in itself is beautiful and the booklet is fantastic, but unfortunately, the lyrics are not included.
Of course, this anthology is very strong and I gave it a 4/5. The only annoying thing is that Enya will probably never change much of her sound (her new album sounds exactly like any other she'd done before), and after a while, there is a sense of repetition ("On My Way Home" sounds like a cover of "Orinoco Flow" for example). It's also sad to see that tracks like "Aldebaran", a beautiful electronic sequence, didn't inspire other similar works since.
