This record sounds nice and balanced to my ears, and the music contained on this disc is
absolutely faboulus. Get one!

Vinyl was filthy with lots of crackle however after thorough cleaning and playing a couple of times it is great sounding record. That said, I don’t own any other versions to compare it to. If you like psychedelic rock or 60s pop in general this album is a must listen!

VVV - All first pressing "stereo" versions are like this, what you are saying is not unique to this pressing only. ...And this pressing sounds great BTW.

This was a poor recording in the first place. That being said this press brings out the best it can be for sure. Love it. Well done.

What more is there to say. This album belongs in any vinyl collection.

The mono album is a fold down, George Bunnell told me they were mixing the album with stereo effects in mind and didn't even want a mono pressing out. But the executives told them that they needed to release a mono LP. The album was recorded on 10 track, but their most popular song Incense was only even mixed in mono. Holmes actually used different, more simple equipment to mix, because he said that it was mainly going to be played on car speakers and tinny mono speakers.

Brilliant pressing of a classic 60s record. The disc itself feels and sounds like an older record would do. Highly recommended if you too have many great memories attached to this album.

Fine repress of this (good) 'old sixties record
Don't expect audiophile HQ stuff, cause it is never recorded good enough for that.

It actually transcends time

Nothing on this album comes close to rivalling the title track, but it's a nifty nugget of psychedelic rock nonetheless. "Unwind With The Clock", indeed. It's a good sounding record, this pressing is unexpectedly vibrant from top to bottom. My copy is in solid shape, just a couple of spots with light surface noise.

I have this promotional version of the record. But the catch is that I have the identifier that match with variant 2 shown in this description. But the record label is different from the one shown here. Is because I have variant 2 of the promotional release? If anyone wants to pitch or has anymore info that would great!
