Pressing history:
1st pressing (Original mix):
Cover with white border around red background, black band name and printed center labels.
2nd pressing (Original mix):
Cover with white border around orange background, black band name and plain white center labels.
Pressing note to the first and second pressing:
The record plant made an error and accidentally printed covers with orange background instead of the ordered red colored one. So the band waited for the correctly printed red covers before they distributed and sold the first pressing of the record (with printed center labels) to public. The first pressing quickly sold out and the band ended up pressing more record (with plain white center labels). They used the covers with the orange background which they bought at a discount from the pressing plant and combined them with these repressed records.
So the first pressing of the record was actually sold in a reprinted cover and the 2nd pressing in the original, misprinted cover.

Just noticed that at the beercity website, the number of these "available" is 118 on 12 Jan 2022, so something is off, either their inventory or the sticker.

Just got a nice copy of this. Does anyone know the history of this particular release?
I found this used in the late 80s and like a dumbass drew all over the white label because I didn't realize that this was a rare pressing. Before you crucify me, please remember that discogs did not exist at the time!

I'm new to Discogs. I have the above Vinyl reissue (Sealed) with this barcode: 0 38161-9001-1 2. It appears to be a hard to find release. Stats show that 18 have it and 12 want it. Nothing Sold to compare. Being sealed, is it rare? thnx
