Top of the shelf release from The Aloof, their best album, great songs delivered with a wonderful loose and confident live feeling, jangly guitar and bass playing not unlike classic New Order and The Cure, with nods to psychedelia à la The Beatles. The album is shorter than their previous releases, focusing on quality over quantity
When Leftfield and Massive Attack could sell millions of records at the time, why did The Aloof get stuck on the shelf, it is unbeliveable that the album didn't even chart in the UK!?
