Basically a reshape of 1979's 'Dr Rock' by Captain Sky- who be none other than the same Daryl Lonnie Cameron that produced this track, under a different guise. Was relieved to know it wasn't bitten by some other brother...

This record is Chicago Hip hop history. It is the first rap record recorded by a Chicagoan that was put on vinyl. My name is Doctor Groove. I rapped on this record. My name came from Parliment Funkadelic (One Nation Under a Groove {Under God] and hence you'll hear me say "Baby Bobba" like Bootsy Collins in that funky rap style. I am now a professional poet. You can find my music on soundclick.com.
These facts are documented and was archived at the Museum of Science and Industry in the Look what the Wind Blew In Hip- Hop historical exhibit in 2002 which was put on by Dr. Carol Adams (Who is now running the Dusable Museum of Black history in Chicago). Google any of these facts.
