A track ill always associate with the techno legend that is Dave Angel, remember him opening a set at Dreamscape 6 (28th May 1993) with this beauty, love the tingling of the keys, dj vertigo ended a few of his sets in the mid 90s with this aswell (just playing the intro out).
Mark Ryans remix is good but for some reason is not dj friendly, the beats are all over the place, anyone else have problems mixing this version?

Fabulous track, I heard it for the first time in Cafe d'Anvers, Belgium in 1993 I guess and they played it as very last track of the evening (morning). People thought the party was over, a nice ambient tune to close and then ... boum. The crowd was going wild.
Best closure ever ...

Gravitational Arch Of 10....23 years ago it was spinned on the famous Hellraiser SZ Amsterdam party, finally i got it in my collection now...still an amazing tune.
Label is wrongly pressed. ''Other Side'' must be ''This Side'' by Gravitational Arch Of 10.

THIS IS TRANCE. Not thought in the german way but in the deepest meaning of the word. Translated into electronic music, it is meant to explore the realms of your mind and/or your body. I could listen to the intro for hours without getting bored and when the bass and drums beginn you will be picked up for a ride through dimensions. Masterpiece 4ever!

I hate the fact alot of people only started listened to techno when they started taking drugs and even more baffling was the how they stopped listening to it when they stopped taking drugs.
That said in 93 when the rave scene had pretty much completely crossed over into the mainstream this track sorted out the crowd very fast.
Most djs played it from the very start and I remember seeing all the confused weekend ravers disappear from the dancefloor and all the true lovers of techno embrace it, everyone swaying for side to side during the winding start that felt like it lasted forever and provided the crowd with a breather whilst still being completely engaged.
And holy christ when that (slightly odd) kick drum loop finally came pounding in it always felt like your skin was being torn & ripped from your body...........or was that just me?
I'm glad to have been a part of the
time in music when this stuff was getting played.

Absolutely brilliant tune, and the sirens at the start can still have the effect of tossing a firework into a barrel of gunpowder, on the right dancefloor. One of the sounds of summer '93.

I think I read somewhere that this was originally called 'Gravitational Arch of Io' but a typo was made when the original promos were manufactured and the track name of 'Gravitational Arch of 10' stuck. Dunno if there's any truth behind it or not but it's still a classic track from the 90's.

Just found this and listened to it over, over and over. For a release in 1993 it's a very unique and pioneering sound that is void of all the well defined (and sometimes boring) styles of the present day. I wasn't into this sound much back then but now I think this is a real gem. The Vapour Treatment side is good, more of a full on trip rather than the floaty style of the Original Version, of which the intro and cadenza brings shivers to the senses. A top tune that is very well made for its day. +1 to the previous reviewer.
