June 21, 2018Here is an oHgr refreshed and regurgitating his intelligent view of a world insensed, insane and insurrected. The ear worm is still his infallible furious vocal trip that pounces along the staccato electronics and sometimes almost uplifting beats. Just on the edge of pop you think it’s going there and then your driven into the descent of madness and dark mayhem again and again. Kevin’s ability to capture with lyrical whimsy and I say that loosely - he hits hard and if you pay attention there is not only satire in them at times but a vulnerability that only he can pull off in true oHgr form.
