Wu-Tang Clan – Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)

Non ho la prima edizione del 1993 o la magnifica incisione di VMP, tuttavia questa normale ristampa secondo me ha un ottimo suono.
Chiunque si lamenta semplicemente deve ricordarsi che questo album è registrato in una cantina con un quattro piste su audiocassetta... la qualità originale è già quella che è, fa parte della sua essenza.

Everything about this press is great. Low end is fantastic and vocals are clear compared to other presses. Only complaint is mine did come with that surface noise in the right channel. Music overpowers it but definitely noisy in quieter parts.

Why they puttin' the censored version of "Protect ya neck" on this release? Or is it just my copy?

This remaster sounds gorgeous, by far the best-sounding release of 36 Chambers currently.

I have decent speakers and eq control. I have zero complaints. Slaps.

It is a shame sony made a reissue of this album. Very poor sound, really quiet.
I also wanted to have a copy of Enter the WuTang but this is edition is not a good purchase

Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) is unquestionably a masterpiece. Sadly the opposite amount of craftsmanship went into the manufacturing of the vinyl. That’s why I love this promo, a well kept secret. Roughly 22 minutes have been cut which has a positive impact on the lacking sound quality of the real retail version.

3 songs was sacrificed, decapitated if you will. You won’t get “Bring Da Ruckus” or “Wu-Tang: 7th Chamber” part I & II.

You also have to get by without the classic skits. Shameek never gets busted 2 times in the head. You won’t hear Meth run down the who’s who in the clan. RZA’s don’t do any fam shout-outs before “Clan In Da Front”. No one is calling their local radio station asking for Wu-Tang again and again, and zero tongues are stabbed with a rusty screwdriver.

Now that may sound like an awful lot missing, and it is. But the most essential stuff, classics like “C.R.E.A.M.”, “Tearz”, “Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthing Ta F' Wit”, “Can It Be All So Simple” and of course “Protect Ya Neck” is still here. The overall improved sound quality makes the losses worth it.

The best pressing of this album on vinyl. Probably the best audio quality you can get of this album besides the master tapes right? Idk. It just sounds fantastic.
