Description
Founded by DJs Psol, Riff Pysentifiks, Fooders, and Nino Roy Machado. In promoting the record store, the company started to host events that showcased the music artists they were selling which then evolved into a promotion company.
Twelves Wax hosted events ranging from hip-hop, soul, jazz, house music, and various national concert tours averaging over 100 events a year. Twelves promoted events featuring artists such as the Roots, Common, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Blackalicious, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Dwele, Mos Def, and Rafael Saadiq to name a few.
