Yellow Racket Records is an independent record store located in Chattanooga, TN. Founded in 2020, we have quickly developed a loyal following of local record lovers as well as national (and international) customers through our web store. Our brick & mortar location also hosts live music and is home to Temple Painter Tattoo (templepainter.com).

Our inventory is split about 50/50 new vs. pre-owned records, however, we sell more new/sealed records overall. Our top selling artists over the last few years include Radiohead, Sturgill Simpson, Sufjan Stevens, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Kacey Musgraves, John Prine, Tame Impala, Taylor Swift, MF Doom, and many others.

Yellow Racket is also an independent record label which has released music by Telemonster, El Rocko, MOMO., Summer Dregs, and Joel Harris. (yellowracket.com)
