One of the best on Night Club Records... Picked this up around 20 years back & have loved it ever since. It's tracky & loopy, under produced/not over-polished and just what a house record should be. One of my fave's is actually 'Who's Bat', which sounds a bit like Todd Terry & featuring a conga led beat which either samples TT's 'Bango' or the original house break, Rare Earth's classic 'Happy Song'. Guaranteed there's enough tracks on here for all to pick a winner...

Written and produced by Rick Lenoir (one half of LNR).
Updated as of 15/11:This 12" is also getting a welcome official 2017 repress by Rick on the same label sometime soon!

'Climaxx' is a superb and essential under-the-radar Chicago acid bomb (at least at the time of writing) that is a must-have for any devoted Chicago acid fan. And, despite it being a latter Chicago acid track (released in 1991), it's still up there with all the best early Chi-town acid tracks - both classic and rare - that we all know and love.
'My Piano' is also a very cool acid meets piano vibe and is on a similar tip to Fast Eddie's 'My Melody' or Underground Movement (aka Tyree) - 'Jammin' Piano' etc.
All the other house tracks on the EP are also pretty good. One of the best Chicago EPs of 1991 if you ask me.
