Garbage’s gorgeous new coffee-table autobiography, This Is the Noise That Keeps Me Awake, which chronicles the span of their 22-year career, is available as part of a limited edition package, featuring an EXCLUSIVE 12" record and a copy of the book. The first 1000 copies are signed by the band.
Limited Edition Contents: The 9.25″ x 11.5″, 208-page coffee-table book contains a selection of photographs from the band’s personal collection with original text, bound with an embossed, textured hardcover and finished with a dust jacket. The edges of the text pages, printed on matte art paper in six colors, are finished with a pink spot color. The exclusive record is available as part of this limited edition package ONLY, and is comprised of never-before-released live tracks—”Milk,” “You Look So Fine,” “Cup of Coffee,” “Bleed Like Me,” “Beloved Freak,” and “Even Though Our Love Is Doomed”—one from each of the Garbage’s six studio albums. It is pressed on transparent vinyl and inserted in a five-color record sleeve. The book and record are packaged together in a custom-made, collectible Kraft display box, imprinted with the book jacket imagery, perfect for displaying alongside your finest possessions.
Akashic Books logo appears on the back of the sleeve on the lower right corner while the Stun Volume logo is on the lower left corner.

- They just put it up for sale again this morning on their site. Sadly it's sold out again but it seems to be that they end up putting more units up for sale every so often.
- for a book and a vinyl it's price is too high... but it's a nice collector's
item. I wish the stickers/labels where put on more precisely, it's more noticeable if the vinyl is transparent/clear - There was also a limited number of these issued as promotional copies. They are exactly the same, signed by the band but do not contain a number inside. These were issued directly from the bands management to a number of individuals who assisted with the the contents of the book.
- I look for the files also... most people reply that they didn't even play it ... bummer :( such a gem
