Edited 7 months agoIncredible compilation, the track list and calibre of artists should be an instant sell already. Smoke On did a great job with this release, packaging is bland but the records sound great.
Edited 10 months agoI can´t agree more with most reviewers here. Some of these remixes are really dope, like the Beastie Boys "Get It Together" treatment, the "Yo Black" Remix for the one and only Kool Keith or the one for Organized Konfusion of their "Bring It On", most are damn good and some even unreleased before, like Ill Biskits´ "A Better Day". Great collection overall in a stylish box, with the flaws mentioned. The pressing is fine too, even if I expected less as many coloured discs sound rather flat and dull. But this one doesn´t, which makes this a nice add to your personal vault, if you are a fan of the mid 90s sound.

Would have been nice to see a little more effort go into the packaging, although the most important thing - the music - sounds dope. The box is decent, but inside it's just the 4 records in black inner sleeves, sliding around inside the box. Would have been nice to get a booklet with some of the original 12" artwork and some stories behind the remixes...maybe a dl card...still recommended tho

Pretty damn good pressing.....btw, my labels are all fine.- Curious about the sound on this one compared to the CD. Anyone wanna share their thoughts? The music is 5 stars no doubt.
