It's a fantastic song ... but one has to admit it derives heavily from "Lettre à Monsieur le Chef de Gare de la Tour de Carol" by Brigitte Fontaine (1969), as first released on Brigitte Fontaine, Areski Avec The Art Ensemble Of Chicago - Comme À La Radio or Brigitte Fontaine - Et ...
If this were remixed to emphasize the bass guitar, it would sound just like Shriekback.
