Easy to say that "Prelusion" is without a doubt one of my all time faves. How deep from the beginning to the end...and especially the perfect combination of percussion works, breaky drums, pads + vocal samples. Absolutely love this groove, glad i bought it for cheap years ago. Can also remember the time when i found this tune, i was more into mixing House at slower BPMs and where never able to mix this one properly since it's relatively fast. Listen to it without skipping and get comfy, especially from 3:20 onwards, no wait, from the beginning of course. Also worth to mention is "Heart Of Space" with it's kind of lo-fi phase synth pads and those super distorted claps. Adore how the atmosphere is doing it's thing mainly in the background, while the drums are loudly mastered. This one is also nice pitched down. Timeless material on this Fnac Music Dance Division disc(s).

All the ep is utterly amazing. I'd pick Heart Of Space. Really love that emotive detroit-techno influences. If you have a copy in the USA, let me know otherwise I 'd have to fall into vinyl capitalism paying its current fee.

Every track here is a banger! very good early techno with UK / Detroit influences. and sounding very good on vinyl. Absolute classic techno

If I was ever to be playing records on a beach in some island paradise, as the sun is almost about to break above the sea, Prelusion is what I would play. Such a beautiful piece of music.

"Prelusion" sounds like heaven. deep, deep tech-house with breakbeats elements. pure pleasure for 90's headz. simple and intelligent.
