Reviews
- Sadly, this appears to be the weakest chapter up to date in the otherwise thrilling Eskimo series. The Glimmers, masters in digging up hidden treasures and mixing them up like they never ever did anything else, seemed to have had a bad hair day when recording this set. The whole mix is lukewarm, never peaks, maintains one level and has one too many mediocre songs. No hoorays, no nifty switches. Luckily there's more than enough to enjoy from this golden duo, but this just doesn't fit in the whole Eskimo concept and, by extension, it doesn't match up with the quality level The Glimmers have reached with their other releases. If you're not short on cash, pay any price for their Serie Noire sets, especially the first one, and get a hand on the other four Eskimo's and their FabricLive release. No hard feelings after this one !
