There are some rumors around that this Number was first planed as the last Rotterdam Records. That would also explain, why this Release is the only one with a normal "black" standard Sleeve, like it was just used for the represses (then also with a little sticker of the Artist and Labelnumber) , and not in a Fullcolour Sleeve like Rotterdam Records is and was used to.
But after the #69 from Neophyte and Stunned Guys (Army of Hardcore) turned into a huge Hit the label sold enough and was aible to go on with the Rotterdam Records History until nowadays.
