The actual tracks were recorded approximately between 1983 and 2015. Track 12, recorded in 2010, is a specially remixed version from August 2017.
Tracks 1, 5, 7, 8, 9, 13, 15, 16, 19 and 24 were previously unreleased. The other tracks were previously released on self-distributed cassettes, CD-Rs or CDs by the respective artists.

Track 24, “Thank You For Drumming With Us, Guido”, is actually a cover version of “Thank You For Talking To Me Africa” by Sly & The Family Stone.
