- ¡who can write and suggest to martin glover or alex paterson, make a redicion, for record story day, on vinyl format !
one of his best lps and we can't enjoy it
In format record it is a real shame. - I had to second take at the date this was released 2008! Sounds like something produced in the early 1990s but defiantly has the Orb and friends feel to it. Could have easily been released on Big Life alongside The Apple.
- This is a cheesey album. I was hoping for something more atmospheric, more moody, darker, and more mysterious, but I got some very housey vocals. The whole release has a very house vibe to it. Not what I expected, nor what i wanted. Some will enjoy this, but as for me, I though it wasn't worth it. There was not much creativity or hooks in there, either, and for the most part, it was uninteresting.
- OK, WOW! Do you remember the album FFWD? This release has a few songs a bit like that mixed with Reggae and crazy dub every where along with KILLER bass lines that don't stop! The Dream is the BEST album from DR Alex Paterson that I have heard! It runs over 80 minutes too!!! If you are looking for a departure from Okie Dokie this is the one for you! If you know who the Transit Kings are then you will find the tracks on the album very, very enjoyable. Thank you Alex Paterson!! And I hope all you Orbsters are waiting for LPO and MADORB!!!! Only one Question? Why is Thomas not on this release?
