The vocal on the track "Acid" is sampled (/ rephrased) from Instant Funk - I Got My Mind Made Up (1978)

In 2004 I was in San Francisco shopping at Tweakin records. The rumour around the shop was the new Abe Duque record. This. With the acid revival going around at the time, this was the biggest track of the time in that sound. They had about 10 copies of the etched ones...carrying on the theme from the label...

Fk was doing a gig in the uk
And he bought this record from my record shop at the time (fatdog records) he hadn't heard of the label and picked a few up.
Francois such a great guy, done the soundcheck in his slippers.
And at the end, locked himself in the dj booth, so bouncers couldn't get in, so he could play one more record for the punters :)
