A1: Electro. While it's no doubt laced with vintage sounds there's a Filtered House thing going on too. The make up and use of the vocal loop certainly makes it that touch more modern and accessible. [NINE]
A2: Electro, with a driving bass line that must have influenced Vitalic. Nice Tangerine Dream/Vangelis synths give it a dreamy quality and there's some fine low key vocodered voices, but that bass line won't let you lose focus. [TEN]
B1: Techno, thunderously funky bass line with punchy looped vocal are subtly teased and tweaked, it's a shame the "breakdown" slightly drains the funk but it jumps back in successfully. Superior funky tool. [NINE]
B2: Electro, decidedly vintage beats and synth lead, both bass and mid. No doubt Kraftwerk were on his mind. Couldn't stop smiling during this, it's so likeable and danceable. Among the other powerhouses elsewhere on this ep it's the little engine that could. [GOLDTEN]

        * Nice diversity to the remixes, so unrelated that liking/disliking one should have no bearing on the next.
