"Taking drugs to make music to take drugs to" is the title of a Spacemen 3 record released in 1986.
It's just as appropriate here tho.
A strange document of 1988 summer of love British psychedelic dance music. Two wonderful funky cut up tracks to bang up in the mix; "Play me some Beautiful Dance Music" and "People on Earth", with Dj Dezire cutting and scratching the titles up, rounded out by some seriously unfunky strobelight tribal jams which stand as precursors to things like Jack the Tab and the accurate (to some) mis-reading of Acid House by G-P-Orridge and his Master Musicians of Jajouka fixation which he brought to the forefront with the Towards and Beyond Thee Infinite Beat relases.
Set strobes on high, turn up the bass, turn out the lights and let the fog machines run until they overheat.
