The Silicone Soul is a more than solid mix and the Funk D'Void is truly essential. It has the right sense of old-school, the right sense of melancholy, the right sense of everything really. I am often a fan of Funk D'Void mixes, and I'd say that this is probably the best one in my collection. It never gets old (at least not to me). The day I got this I recorded it off of the vinyl and probably listened to it 3-5 more times that day, and it's a pretty long track. House fans, get this one.

Wicked track revived from the early 90's. Remixed by Silicone Soul and Funk D'Void. Both mixes are quality. This comes in two parts and I have both advanced copies of this with the Schatrax stamped on them.

A nice 12" in typical Soma style; techy, techy, techy... If you like the deep bass theme in the Silicone Soul mix then go fetch the better "Remind Me" [James Zabiela Eighties Ingeborg Mix] by Royksopp. They have the exact same bass sound (almost bass melody), but in the later it's much more appearant.
On this 12" I prefer the Funk D'Void version, that's a 5/5!

Advance copies of this release are on white label with the Schatrax stamp on them, just like original Schatrax releases. Top record - the Silicone Soul mix houses up the Schatrax original, and the Funk D'Void mix Funk D'void's it up...(can Funk D'Void be considered a verb? - such is Lars Sandberg's unique style, I think it can)
