Reviews
- Edited 10 months agoTotally amazing i have to say for sure. Excellent pressing with full rich dynamics. Everything's sounds perfect. This is are huge release of free jazz. A big stone of music. A masterpiece:)
- Edited 7 years agoESP is back! This record sounds nice! The guys at SST did a great job cutting the lacquer for this repress. The tones are rich and warm and fill the room with glorious sound. If there's any complaint it's that the drums and bass sound a little distant but I think that's just how it was recorded. Whatever they did to make this reissue, I'll take it, it sounds great! And the vinyl itself, is dead quiet which is important on this record which has a lengthy bass passage on the first track. The most important thing is Pharoah's sax sounds brilliant. Very happy with this pressing. Would reccomend. 9/10 as far as sound goes. Comes in plain poly lined inner, no insert.
