2 copies, 2 manufacturing scratches in exactly the same place on Nightswimming. Maddening.

I got mine from amazon and the sticker says " the 1992 multi platinum album" where it should say "the 25th anniversary"?? ALSO there is no digital download? Did anyone else recieve a copy like this?

This sounds so good it actually gave me goosebumps. Soundstage is wide, crisp, clean and warm sounding that invites you in to the front of the stage for more. Dynamics are fantastic as all the instruments and Michael’s voice sound amazing. My copy lays flat on the platter and after an excellent vacuum wet cleaning plays just about perfect, with only light ticks/pops occasionally. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you’re looking for a quality pressing of this album.

So disappointed by this release. The mastering is excellent, but the pressing quality is terrible. My first copy came with a big scratch across the first three tracks of side A. Replaced it with a second copy that is badly dish warped and has another audible mark that pretty much ruins New Orleans Instrumental. Can someone please release a decent pressing of this album?!!

This is the cleanest album I’ve ever heard. Dead flat. Dead quiet. Not an errant pop or click to be found.

Great album, but a fair amount of static and surface noise in quieter parts for me, even after a good clean. Still glad to have it!

This is a beautiful sounding record. You really can't go wrong with a Chris Bellman cut. Dynamic all the way to the end grooves. That said. The record is dead silent until just after the last notes fade on both sides. I've noticed this on several RTI pressings I own. I actually got a second copy because on my first copy, the last 10 seconds of "Find a River" were ruined by noise in the right channel. On my second copy, the noise appears after the song fades. I can live with that, but come on RTI.

Listening on an Audio Technica ATLP120XUSB with a VM95ML cartridge.

Very good pressing, sounds like a rich, careful improvement from CD, maybe not as warm but still a heartfelt and warm recording. Was $50, so satisfying thus far.

Despite the mixed reviews, my copy is whisper quiet for the most part (couple minor pops and crackles here and there), and the remaster is very detailed and bright. The strings/orchestral arrangements really shine. Definitely recommend.

Very nice pressing. No worries at all with this one
