- I see a few people on Facebook selling off their bootleg copies of this record (perhaps unknowingly) pricing them as if they are originals. Buyer beware, ask to see a picture and make sure the stamper rings look exactly like those in the picture above. If not it's a forgery.
There are very few copies of the original promo of this record, so be wary. - Edited 7 years agojust to add some more samples that feature in the paradise project track
grace jones - love on top of love -
samples - in paradise tracks say (deep dark & vvvvvv vacuum paradise) - In response to the comment below there is no evidence to support that statement. I’m’ 46 years old and was a co producer of one of the main hardcore and jungle labels back in the day and I have just started to buy back my collection as sold it 13 years ago. I’ve just bought this white label from here and it was an original copy and was totally satisfied with it. I have asked around and checked with my network of distributors of hardcore and drum and bass in and out of London and no one has seen or heard of this record being repressed. Does this guy who has made the comment have this as a repress or has he seen one, where are they ? can he back up his statement with evidence. If he was in court making this kind of claim he would not last 2 minutes plus he would be liable for court time wastage costs. I have checked this guy out and he is selling represses himself plus I have found out that this guy is only 28 years old, the guy was still in junior school when we were going through tough times in the scene because of the recession and the public trying to scrape £5 to buy a 12 inch and £6 for EP’s. How can he be an authority on the music, he is too young. I will be looking for comments on other records that I will be buying to make sure this guy is not doing the same on other tunes. He should have the evidence to back up any statements that he makes as it justs puts buyers and sellers off and is just ruining the vibe. Love and Peace to all.
- Be warned - bootlegs of this white label version have just started surfacing. I'm sure it will be added once somebody that contributes gets hold of one and can reveal the differences. Don't pay more than a few quid for one unless the seller can prove it is authentic!
