Absolutely the best Pan Sonic album, which was never surpassed by their later works (albeit Kesto disc 3 almost comes on par with it). Certain tracks act on a literally psychoacoustic level, at least for me "Reuna-Alue" results in completely unique body/mind response. Just try it - either you won't hear anything special, or you'll be taken to another world.
True is that "Aaltopiiri" must have been divided in two parts, just like Kesto was. Everything behind "Valli" goes with completely different character, which freaked me out when I was listening to it for the first time.

I agree with hyperreal1, this is best listened to on headphones in a changing environment. I often walk put and about listening to this in a world of my own. Some of the tracks are very hipnotic - and yes this is a much cleaner sounding Pan Sonic album. I remember seeing them in London supporting Boyd Rice and Bruce Gilbert around 94-95 (as Panasonic); this album seems a long way from that era. I would say this is a good album for those who want to get into Pan Sonic.
