Reviews
Sadly the big Italian composer passed away in 2017. In 2017 Four Flies released his unreleased ‘’Afro Discoteca’’ EP and now almost one year later is coming back to us with another golden collection of unreleased material of him and the heart of the 70s. Thousands classic cinematic moments from Italy shared when "Sea Breeze", "Sweet Emotions", "Memento" and "Saltiness" plays. The soul magic of the film maestro will appeared when the turntable will reach "Soul Meeting", "Shot Undercover", "Pipe Dream" and "Homecoming". "Night Fly" and "After Crime" have the smell of American film noir jazz funk. Compatible for DJs stuff is not missing as the cosmic funk of "Obstinate Pop" and "Synthetic Rendez-Vous" complete the collection scenario. ‘’Underground Disco’’ seems a hot jam on the LP as well that i have not to forget to mention.
