20 CDs comprising more than 24 hours of music captured on-stage during the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s at the KWKH's Louisiana Hayride radio show. The recordings are presented in chronological order and most of them remained unheard since the day of the original broadcast.

There are 531 live tracks, 11 "live-in-studio" recordings and 19 studio recordings by 167 artists, backed by the Louisiana Hayride Band.

Comes in an LP-sized box with a 224-page hardcover book (also LP-sized) with in-depth notes about the shows, the artists and the songs. The book also contains a detailed Louisiana Hayride timeline, plus rare pictures and contemporary advertisements, posters and flyers. The CDs are housed in digipacks inside the box (2 CDs per digipack).
