- found a copy of this and its just a blank black label on side b with his masters voice dog and no tracklist or anything? cannot find any info on it
- I have been incessantly listening to this album on Spotify lately. The LP version is far more menacing and invasive than the digital copy. Surreal layering and Doppler tricks abound creating a spatial paranoia that I didn't get with the digital version.
There are anecdotal stories of how Saturday Night Live founder, Lorne Michaels, spiraled out on a several month long extramarital cocaine bender while listening to nothing but this album. After finally getting it on vinyl, the story finally makes sense. - No stamps with my copy and I bought it new when it was released.
But my matrix is a bit different... just slightly... i.e. no "brackets" around anything. "Sterling" is a stamp, but there's some etched initials or something elsewhere in the matrix. Tough to photo these things. - Edited 7 years agoThe stamps actually come on a 12"x12" sheet. These stamps are very hard to come by obviously,as no one who is offering this record for sale has the stamps to offer also.
