Side A of this backed with the Randy Holden side of New! Improved! would be one of the best rock albums of all time. As it is, both albums have one side of decent but underwhelming heavy blues stuff that holds them back.

Their best album I think. They bring the chaos of their first album down a notch for that perfect balance of psych-fuzz bliss!

Real talk, this album rules. I've been digging around in used bins for late 60s / early 70s psych, stoner, etc. type stuff for awhile now, and this is one of my favorite finds. My OG 60s copy sounds real solid, lots of punch, bass, etc. as others have mentioned.

Really a great album, very Fuzzy with loud bass and loud guitar riffs and the drum sounds very punchy (altough on some songs it sounds flat a bit but not too Much)! The tri fils cover is really a Nice trip to look at also while listenning the lp. Get a listen on the Just a Little bit song and Feathers from your tree. There is also a Rolling Stone cover, Satisfaction, which is really a great Killer psych reddition. The Three first albums by Blue Cheer are the best.

I am guessing, but i bet Eddie was was struggling on this, after Jimis 3 piece. Half live as well, another mayhem classic

I inherited this from my uncles. I hadn't ever played it, until this morning. Man, this is 1968? The psychedelic vibe is definitely HEAVY, but the drumming is so fast and frenetic, and the use of tape delays and sped up licks, etc makes me feel like I'm listening to some 1970's punk! I'm reminded of an old timer back in the 80's who LOVED punk, because it reminded him of the music he dug while a kid in California back in the 60's...he must have meant bands like this. Check it out if you want to go WAY back with your vintage system. I feel so cool right now!
