I vaguely remember seeing this around when it first came out, but didn't
really bother to investigate it any further at that time. Fast forward almost
28 years later and finally saw a copy in the dollar bin so grabbed it without
hesitation. A nice surprise! I love me some 1991 era Belgian techno, or
in this case the tracks are mostly from Norwegian producers, but either
way it's good bleepy late night stuff. Exactly what I hope any decent
record from 1991 should more or less sound like. I rate it at about
    7 on the 10 scale

The string chords in the breakdown of Photon - Security are reminiscent of the modern classical piece La Serenissima albeit slowed down. Inspired by or plagiarised or just a happy accident? Who knows and who cares? A track played by DJs in the UK who weren't always playing those flipping piano diva anthems. A bit solemn but full of harmonious energy. Those same beats also appear on Photon Doin' Our Thing on the same label. Won't mention those DJs' names either.

Radical Buzz Hipnotize sounds like it was inspired a little by A Split Second's Flesh. But for the 1990 - 1991 style raver. Heavier, darker, more energetic of course. Wicked clobbering concrete beats and pummeling stabbing bassline. This was played in some obscure UK sets. Reminds me of a one-off Richie Hawtin/Plus 8 track from the same year. The name always escapes me.

Psychotic by Psychotic is probably the darkest track here. The repeated self-named deranged distorted vocoder voice does irritate a bit. I suppose for those suffering from a psychotic episode or have to live with it on a more long term basis. This would describe that frustration. If I had a choice of swapping this growling voice with a high pitched chipmunk or diva vocal? Not on your f++++++ life mate! I love those dark distorted PHUTURE type vocals. Lovely bassline, it's both dark and funky. It's a slammer nevertheless.

I've always thought this whole record was a bit underrated. It seems the tide has changed somewhat looking at those scary prices, oh my... Overall a varied, very versatile small collection of tracks in any case. That's if you're into your 1990-1991 Belgium-Holland style techno but with a slightly more experimental edge.

B3 –Alien Nation Corporation Abstracture (Space Love) is like a reworking of Love Corporation- Fleshtones https://www.discogs.com/Love-Corporation-Tones/master/95515 and that isn't a bad thing to do either!
