Very impressed by this repress. No defects, distortion or whatsoever on my (above average quality) system. Are we sure this is not a remaster? I hear some different details on this 2018 version compared to my 1978 original. For instance the first part on side D (Brave new world): some guitar parts are definitely different, some brass instruments I don't remember they were there. Also the last 5 minutes of side C is different.
Picked up a second hand copy which looked pretty much near mint zero issues soundscape is amazing
shame about some people’s copies but mine sounds amazing. would highly recommend- My copy is superb. Fantastic mastering and pressing.
Haven't heard this for years but NEVER heard it this good. - Anybody got any comments on this? My copy has awful distortion and sibilance.. Pretty disappointing.
