- Edited 5 years agoThis album does exactly as it says on the cover, it is very funky and it is very blue.
Hev takes a step back from the jumpstyle dance bangers of the past and provides lyrical mastery over some of the richest, dankest beats of 1992 (That's saying a LOT).
It's a shame this album flew mostly under the radar, but thankfully it seems to be cheap and plentiful! Grab a copy, pour some milk (not Cisco!) and immerse yourself in the late, great Heavy-D's greatest project to date.
