I could not agree more. I really liked the two albums prior to this as well. The change in style seemed to turn some folks off but it is a remarkable record in my opinion. I have to give it more listens but the latest record is not exciting my like his others. I hope with more exposure I will enjoy it more.

What an excellent album! It feels like it's out of time, weightless, and masterfully produced. I like everything about this pressing. The vinyl is clean and quiet (I did receive a defective dick on my first copy-- warped and scuffed-- so I exchanged it) and fantastic sound. This release has some real dynamic range. Something lacking in many modern pressings.
