Does anyone know if this will be getting a repress in the future?

I believe I have this version just purchased from a store in Belgium. Doesn't have the 25th anniversary text on the hype sticker and has the catalogue # MCR924-1-STK. Barcode is the same. I'm assuming it's a repress of the this version on black vinyl?

        Just received this pressing.
Discs were dirty but cleaned up pretty well.
Listened on headphones and while there's a small amount of surface noise you can hear between tracks on phones, the sound itself is great, and the noise isn't audible when the track starts.
        Good Dr and separation.
        Discs are flat.
Packaging is unfortunately not a GF.
Overall a pretty good representation of this landmark album.

What evidence is there that RTI are responsible for this re-press? Im sure if anything this must be URP picking up the battered baton left by Rainbo?

This is without a doubt one of the best vinyl pressings for a hip-hop record. The bass jumps right out of the speakers and the vinyl is clean (only surface noise present are the pops and click from the actual samples found on the album). Over the moon with this pressing as it has made me fall in love all over again with this absolute masterpiece. The price is a little higher than most reissues so if you're on the fence because of the price, I strongly recommend just going for it and treating yourself to this. You will not be disappointed.

I wish all the vinyl reissues were cool like that

Simply incredible. Glad to finally get this record after listening to it digitally for many years. My copy is flat, plays clean, and is "cool like that".

Just got one of the represses from LITA (2021). Decent but not a great pressing. Needed cleaning. Still more noise than the best pressings, but it’s mostly very good.

Amazing album no diggedy... but... pressed at RTI??? Hell no... you dont even have to confirm via the runouts with this (and the 2013 Blowout Comb) to know this is a shoddy Rainbo records attempt at a press... filthy, speckled, fingerprinted, hairlined all over with a weird heat warp vein goin on... it aint goin near my stylus which is a damn shame because this album is amazing. RTI are pretty close to perfect in terms of what ive had from them and the difference is obvious at first sight... Rainbo presses are best filed under B for bin. In terms of US plants it seems if its not QRP, RTI or MRP dont bother. Laughable that Rainbo closed and recommend URP for 'your pressing needs"... says everything really!

Hallelujah the 2021 repress is better, much cleaner and much lower noise floor than my one stated above which was bin worthy for real

Such a great album! I use to own the original press, but eventually sold it after picking this up. I personally feel like this press is better. Had a weird issue on my OG press were the tonearm would drift onto the record label after a side ended. This version sounds better too.
