This single is a hidden nu groove gem, imo. Effective sample of Crown Heights Affair's "Dreaming A Dream" along with many other tunes. Idk who labeled it hip-house, but thank god this wasn't ruined with any extra layers. It's perfect as is!

Funky House! You don't get funkier than this funky housey breakbeat... It says Hip House and thank gawd no cheesy raps involved! Top-notch.. Heard this on Starpoint FM in 89... Groove-e-e ;)
