The bulk of Big Bingo was recorded late at night in the spring and summer of 2011 in a garage in Grass Valley, California using a medley of thrift shop Casios, Yamahas, and scavenged cassette recorders.
Side B is a bonus compilation of tracks from various unreleased albums. Tracks B1-B3 are taken from "(14-Piece Dreamer's Suite)". Track B4 is taken from "Liquid Florist". Track B4 is taken from "Celestial Mechanisms".
