- Two words to describe this mix would be probably euphoric & fun. It's funny to compare this with recent mixes of similar speed and pace: how faster dance music became so dark, doomy and serious. This mix is not, and that's fine even in 2018.
- Edited 18 years agoI'm not really into house and techno at all, and I ended up with this CD because of an international ebay deal gone wrong, but it definitely has grown on me quite a bit. I don't really like the way the mix starts off, but as it progresses, it just gets better and better. From about the middle on to the end, I can't help but be locked into the groove, and it's just incredible.
- Edited 18 years agoThis cd was a great surprise to me. Usually I don't really care for tech house, but a friend sent this cd to me so I figured I would give it a chance. Right from the beginning this cd had my attention. The track selection is phenomenal. I especially liked track 3, John Thomas' Working Night. That track is sick! I enjoyed this cd thoroughly. When the cd progressed into the techno I was a little upset because I wanted to hear more tech house. This is now one of my favorite mix cds. I would highly recommend this cd to anyone who listens to tech house or techno.
- Edited 19 years agoIn my opinion probably the best Fabric CD yet released (although with Adam Beyer and Ricardo Villalobos lined up to do the next few that may not be the case for much longer). Gorgeous tech house to start, increaseing nicely in pace until peaking with Sven Vath and Marco Corola, the Riddles remix by Tom Hades is also particularly good. This is followed by two tracks mixed so fast you barely notice them, mixing effortlessly with inspiration. A superb end to a hugely impressive mix
